Bray & Company Honors Top Performers and Rising Stars at Annual Sales Recognition Awards Ceremony
Grand Junction, CO – Bray & Company Real Estate announced the winners of its annual Sales Recognition Awards at a special ceremony on Thursday, February 23rd. The awards ceremony, held at the Grand Junction Arts Center, recognized the top performers of the year in residential and commercial real estate sales.
Merrite Wyatt was recognized as the top residential agent with $22.6 million in sales in 2022 and Kyle Serrano was recognized as the leading commercial producer, with $19.3 million in sales. The Tyler Harris Team was recognized as the top-performing team for residential, having generated $20.5 million in sales. The GSD Team of Katie Davis and Lori Long was recognized as the top-performing team for commercial.
Additionally, John Duffy, a long-standing member of Bray & Company, was inducted into the Circle of Excellence. John has been with the company for over 10 years and has generated at least $60 million in total sales volume per the circle’s requirements. His hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned him a spot in the circle.
The 2022 rookie class was also introduced at the awards ceremony, and Bray & Company is thrilled to have such talented and driven individuals join the team. Landon Law, Kaitlin VanRoosendaal and Kagen Jones were welcomed into the Bray & Company family with open arms and high hopes for their success in the industry.
The event was a resounding success, with staff and management alike enjoying the fun atmosphere and recognizing the hard work and dedication of the sales team.
