Guild Recognition to Merrite Wyatt
Grand Junction, CO – Bray & Company is excited to recognize Merrite Wyatt in receiving the GUILD recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for his work in the luxury real estate market.

Luxury real estate professionals and Institute Members achieve GUILD recognition through extensive training, earning the CLHMS designation, and have documented performance closing properties above $1 million. The GUILD recognition is an excellent step in professional advancement for Merrite.
Merrite has been a full-time agent since 2015 and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2016. For the past three years, Merrite has been a top-producing agent at Bray. Merrite earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a qualifying factor in the GUILD recognition, only a few months ago.
